We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly, motivated, reliable and organised salon receptionist to join our team at Furr.
As our front of house person you will play a key role in ensuring an amazing customer experience is delivered to our clients and customers.
You will work directly with the Salon Art Director and Business Manager and will liase with all team members.
In this role you will:
Be the friendly professional voice who answers our phones
Be the attentive and responsive person who replies to customer enquiries
Be the person who meets and greets our customers,
Be a personal stylist to our clients and customers, suggesting fashion, products or accessories from our store that you know they will love
Be the person who organises our client’s appointments, and completes their service and retail transactions
Be a master of time and resource management, massaging the salon appointment book to ensure the optimum flow through the salon
You are the kind of person who loves taking on new challenges and getting things done.
And you will personally ensure that each and every client or customer is delighted with their experience.

Hours are as follows:
Tues: 10:45 - 7
Wed: 10:45 - 7
Thurs: 10:45 - 9
Fri: 10:45 - 7
Sat: 9:45 - 6
