WHAT can be returned?
Due to hygeine we are unable to accept returns for the following products:
If you have received an incorrect item different to what you have ordered please contact email@example.com for details on how to return the goods.
If you have ordered an item that does not fit, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to organise the item's return and the correct size will be sent to you. If this is not available you will be issued with a credit note.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
The items must be returned within 10 days of receiving the item.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
When returning an item, FIRST contact email@example.com with the details of your purchase, forwarding the confirmation of your order and the reason why you need to return the item, including photos if necessary.
You will then be directed as to how to return the item.
SHIPPING for returns?
You are responsible for the shipping fees of any items being returned. We will ship the first replacement for free, any further exchanges or returns will incur further shipping costs.
CREDIT for returns?
You will receive a credit for items that have been accepted for return that will be redeemable via our online store.
Instore return option?
Alternatively you can return items instore to our shop at 168 King Street, NEWTOWN, NSW 2042.
Please ensure that all orginal packing material, swing tags and price tags are still intact and attached to the item and that the item is in its original form with no signs of wear. If we suspect the item has been worn or used we reserve the right to not provide a credit.
